| NGM Next Generation Master Alarm Monitoring and Control System |
 | | The NGM is a high reliability, modern SNMP network Manager. The NGM also natively supports Alcatel MCS-ll, Harris FarScan™ and the Badger 481 protocol. The NGM is capable of communicating with many of the most prevalent microwave radios in the industry such as those manufactured by Alcatel, Harris and NEC.
The NGM integrates alarms and performance information from various protocols into a uniform, intuitive graphical or text display which can be individually tailored for each user. While the most popular telecom protocols are supported, we are eager to add support for new protocols. |

| VRI Voter Remote Interface |
 | | The Voter Remote Interface (VRI) from Fial Incorporated provides a means of remotely monitoring and controlling the individual Site Voter Modules in multiple SNV-12 Voter shelves. The Fial Voter Remote Interface consists of a single Server program (VRIServer.exe) and up to 10 instances of the Client program (VRIClient.exe) running on separate computers. The VRI Server program will connect with up to 14 individual SNV-12 shelves. The connection is over a TCP/IP network using a co-located TCP/IP to RS-232 serial converter (such as the Black Box Advanced Console Server 8). The VRI Server program reads the state of the individual Site Voter Modules in each of the monitored SNV-12 voter shelves two times a second. The VRI Server program then passes only change of state information over the TCP/IP network to all connected VRI Client programs. All Server/Client communications are encrypted for security.
The client program graphically displays each of the connected SNV-12 Voter shelves and the individual Site Voters Modules populating each rack. The client program can remotely perform any controls an on site operator would from anywhere there is IP connectivity to the server. The VRI includes report features that relay card voting information and signal quality. Contact Fial Sales to schedule your demonstration.
